There is science backing it's application for everything we've mentioned above, arthritis[1], addiction[2], PTSD[3], anxiety[4], neurological conditions[5] and chronic pain[6], but that doesn't mean it's a magic bullet, and it isn't guaranteed to work. On top of that not all CBD oils are equal, and the quality, and purity of the oil makes a huge difference to how effective it will be. The Best CBD Oils will also be honest with their strengths whereas in this market, there are unfortunately bad actors who cut their products. That's where we come in, we've reviewed and tested over 100 CBD oil companies from the US and overseas (yes there is that many), and we've narrowed it down to a short list that we can in good conscience recommend.
CBD oils come in three types, CBD isolate, broad spectrum cbd oil, and full spectrum cbd oil.
CBD isolate is a CBD extract which does not include any other cannabidiols aside from CBD. This means CBD is the only active ingredient in CBD isolate.
Broad spectrum CBD oil contains all of the phytochemicals in the cannabis plant, but broad spectrum can contain no THC.
Full spectrum cbd oil is generally considered the strongest cbd oil, it contains all the terpenes, and oils in plants from the cannabis family and can contain up to 0.3% THC.
You should also make sure that your CBD oil has been lab tested as the best cbd oils sent their products for third party lab testing to ensure quality and that it meets your states legislation.
Taking CBD is relatively straightforward, shake the bottle, use the dropper to place a number of drops under your tongue and hold the oil under the tongue for one to two minutes before swallowing. There are other methods of ingestion, CBD pills, CBD sprays and gummies. Before taking any CBD products you should consult with your physician, especially if you are taking other medications.
You should also be careful if you are using a full spectrum cbd oil as it can result in a positive drug test reading.
If you develop any nausea, fatigue or diarrhea then you should stop taking CBD oil immediately. You could be using an overly strong cbd oil tincture, but you should still contact a physician if the symptoms persist.
