Does Ikaria Lean Belly Juice Really Work?

There's very little positive to say about Ikaria Lean Belly Juice.

Ikaria Lean Belly Juice is a fad with a few ingredients in it that could help with bloating and heavily relies on dandelion extracts to work as a diuretic. This means that for the very short term you could drop a pound or two of water weight, but it's not going to do much more than that. And seeing as Ikaria Lean Belly Juice markets themselves as weight loss supplements then this is something of a failure. This initial weight loss is why a lot of ikaria lean belly juice reviews look good when people are only rating the product off their first impression, not it's long term performance after a week or so.

Unfortunately Ikaria Lean Belly Juice is basically just a diuretic and doesn't include any of the healthy weight loss ingredients that we expect. Better weight loss supplements focus on ingredients which either reduce appetite, raise energy levels or boost metabolism, with the first two of those three being far more effective for weight loss. Unfortunately the best appetite suppressant, glucomannan, can't be in a liquid form as it's function is to expand 50X larger and create a gel in the stomach. Caffeine is also quite effective at reducing appetite for 4 hours, and boosting energy. There's a host of other weight loss supplement ingredients that would've been better in lean belly juice.

Ultimately, Ikaria Lean Belly Juice Powder contains diuretics (dandelion,  and anti bloating ingredients that create the effect of weight loss for the first week until the water weight comes back. We don't recommend it.

We'd recommend checking out hourglass fit for a none caffeinated weight loss supplement (and best option for women and best for bloating), or something else from our best fat burners list.

Customers Ikaria Lean Belly Juice Reviews

When we looked at verified customers reviews of ikaria lean belly juice they were as you'd expect, somewhat underwhelming. There weren't really many reports of ikaria lean belly juice powder causing any side effects. As always if you trawl through social media and reddit you'll find some ikaria lean belly juice reviews that are positive, but more the most part there are more negative ikaria lean belly juice reviews than positives.

Ikaria Lean Belly Juice Review FAQ

The most commonly asked questions we came across when researching our ikaria lean belly juice reviews

Is Ikaria Lean Belly Juice A Scam?

Well, it's unlikely that lean belly juice will work, but that doesn't necessarily make it a scam. It's marketing is definitely disingenous though, we certainly don't think that it's an effective weight loss supplement.

Is Ikaria Lean Belly Juice Safe?

Yes barring any allergens Ikaria Lean Belly Juice is safe, it's just not particularly effective.

Ikaria Lean Belly Juice Ingredients

Ikaria Lean Belly Juice ingredients are broken down into a series of "blends" they're all proprietary blends, although typically speaking ingredients are noted in terms of largest to smallest in proprietary blends as is the legal requirement in many countries.

Ikaria Lean Belly Juice Review Metabolic Blend

Dandelion Extract - Dandelion extract makes up the majority of the so called metabolic blend in Ikaria Lean Belly Juice, but it doesn't actually do anything at all for your metabolism, the fact is that dandelion's only function is to make you pee more, which in theory can result in some minor "weight loss" for a week or so, but this weight is only from water and will come straight back. It's good at cleansing your kidneys of too much uric acid, but not going to do anything for fat accumulation.

Turmeric - If you take curcumin extract from Turmeric, then 500mg to 1gram would be good for bloating, which could flatten a belly, but this would equal 5 grams or so of turmeric. Once again, no good here for our ikaria lean belly juice review.

Citrus Pectin - Has no relevancy for weight loss supplements.

Green Tea - Green Tea is probably the only ingredient in ikaria lean belly juice that has any real relevance to weight loss. The downside is that this a reasonable ingredient, but it's not a great one. And pretty much every decent weight loss supplement has green tea or something better that has the same effect of binding to fat, or boosting metabolism.

EGCG - This is a listed ingredient, but it's just another word for green tea, so doesn't really add very much to our ikaria lean belly juice reviews.

Kelp - Good for antioxidants and bowel regularity, but again this doesn't really do anything for weight loss.

Milk Thistle - There was one study that suggested milk thistle could be beneficial for weight loss, however, this hasn't been replicated in further studies and in fact quite the opposite. This is another negative point for the lean belly juice review.

Panax Ginseng - In theory this can help men specifically burn stubborn belly fat by raising testosterone levels if it's in a high enough dosage. However, it's not in a high enough dosage here, so won't really achieve much if anything in ikaria lean belly juice.

Bioperine - Bioperine is a good inclusion for pretty much any supplement, it aids with the human bodies ability to absorb other vitamins and minerals thus amplifying their efficacy. Of course it would be better if ikaria lean belly juice had other good ingredients in it.

Resveratrol - Has a lot of health benefits, none of them are related to weight loss supplements. It's great for brain and joint health, but that's not relevant to any ikaria lean belly juice claims.

Polyphenol Blend

Mostly made from beetroot powder, this is OK, if you're working out as it can boost oxygen in the blood stream helping you train harder and burn more calories, but that's about the only good thing in this blend. It's also quite good for lowering blood pressure, but once again, nothing beneficial for the weight loss process.

The rest of the ingredients, which consist of a mixture of berries don't actually help with weight loss. Ikaria lean belly juice does taste good though and the berries could be a contributing factor.

Digestive Blend

The digestive blend contains out straw and probiotics, useful for bloating, but once again, does nothing to aid the weight loss claims of ikaria lean belly juice.

Ikaria Lean Belly Juice Review Conclusion

Ikaria Lean Belly Juice isn't a good weight loss aid, it functions only to help you purge some water weight which isn't going to help much at all for most people looking for help when losing weight.

There are a lot better fat burners on the market right now, which focus supressing appetite, raising energy levels, and boosting metabolism. Ikaria Lean Belly Juice is ultimately a health drink which has little to do with weight loss so we can't actually say we're sure why they chose to market it this way. We don't recommend Ikaria lean belly juice.
