These actually work the opposite way, and inhibit compounds like bromelain. There is a study that shows cysteine protease inhibitors can effect testosteronse levels in mice, but only the one.  And once again, bananas don't have a whole lot of it.
In short, no bananas don't kill testosterone (as many people suggest, nobody really seems to be sure where this myth came from) but they won't do much to substantially raise it either. They contain some minerals and vitamins essential for testosterone production, but in general aren't all that related to mens hormones.

While further human-focused studies are needed, the weird thing is that there isn't actually any bromelain in bananas, it comes from pineapples. Meaning more research is needed to determine the exact mechanisms through which bromelain affects testosterone production in humans, although it is an interesting side note.

Do Bannanas Lower Testosterone Levels?
The only real evidence that could suggest that bananas kill testsoterone level is the fact that they contain protease inhibitors and that's a stretch at best. The myth that they could raise testosterone levels comes as a result of there supposed bromelain content, which is simply not actually there, because said protease inhibitors would counter the enzyme. If you want to actually look at bromelain, then it's best to get an actual supplement as the most viable source pineapples, would require you to eat multiple of them a day to get an effective dose.
As for the vitamin and mineral profile, bananas can definitely be part of a diet that supports testosterone production. Just don't go for a 100% banana diet and you should be fine.
