Inno Greens Review

Is Inno Supps Greens powder Any Good?

Not A Bad Greens Supplement From Inno Greens.

Inno Greens is among the most popular Inno Supps products. A supplement made with 25 greens, superfoods, and probiotics per serving, as well as an antioxidant blend, its goal is to support a healthy inflammatory response and boost immunity.

However, while this is by no means a bad supplement, it isn't quite the miracle greens powder that Inno Supps make it out to be.

The Inno Greens ingredients are split into 5 different blends. These are the Organic Superfood, Advanced Prebiotic + Probiotic, Super Antioxidant + Hydration, Natural Adaptogen Compound, and Digestive Enzyme blends.

Each of the blends is packed full of a healthy mix of potent ingredients, like greens, organic grasses, fruits, veggie extracts, berries, herbs, digestive enzymes, and probiotics, which can all be beneficial to your system in different ways.

Unfortunately, there are a couple of issues with it.

All of the ingredients being lumped into proprietary blends is never a good sign, as it hides the quantity of each that is present and makes it hard to tell what effects it will really have. This is often done intentionally to mask an ineffective product, although this is not always the case.

Despite these blends though, we can still see that many of the dosages are well below their optimal levels. This doesn't mean that it can't still be beneficial, but it won't be able to have the same impact that it would if everything was properly dosed.

A big Inno Greens selling point is that it is available for purchase in five flavor choices, none of which contain any artificial sweeteners. These are Apple Turnover, Lemon Lime, Mango Madness, Paradise Punch, and Strawberry Banana.

This is a greater range than most greens supplements offer, so makes it suitable for everyone, no matter their personal taste. Similarly, the quite reasonable price tag makes it attainable for people on most budgets as well.

Overall, Inno Greens can certainly help people to improve their wellness and ensure they get their daily dose of its various quality ingredients, provided they already have a pretty good diet to start with.

Inno Greens Customer Reviews: How Do Past Users Find The Inno Supps Greens Powder?

Inno Greens currently has a good rating of 4.6 out of 5 stars among reviews on Amazon.

People mentioned liking things such as the taste, particularly with the Strawberry Banana flavor, and how easy it was to mix, and many said they did feel a higher level of wellness in their whole body after they had been using Inno Greens for a few weeks.

A slight cause for concern though is that none of the reviews mentioned experiencing any of the specific beneficial effects that Inno Supps had advertised, such as improved heart or cognitive function.

This seems to confirm what we have felt throughout our review, which is that Inno Greens is a decent superfood supplement, but it's a bit weaker than it should be to produce optimal effects.

How Does Inno Greens Taste?

The general consensus on how Inno Greens tastes is a positive one though, although a few people cited the taste as being a bit too artificial, and we'd be inclined to agree that if you're not a fan of artificial tasting products then Inno probably isn't the best option, despite technically not containing artificial sweeteners. But if you want to cover over the taste of leafy greens it's a pretty good option.

Inno Greens Formula

Organic Superfood Blend - 5425 MG

Organic Wheat Grass Powder

Wheat grass powder is extracted from the new sprouts that grow on top of the wheat plant.

It's becoming a common ingredient in greens supplements as there is evidence to suggest that, despite it being very low in calories, it is full of fiber, antioxidants, minerals, phytonutrients, and vitamin a, vitamin b, vitamin c, vitamin e, and vitamin k (1).

Various studies have demonstrated wheat grass can provide a wide range of health benefits, including preventing oxidative damage, inflammation, and heart disease, lowering your cholesterol levels, and helping to treat arthritis and various other diseases.

The only issue is, while many of the studies are indeed promising, none of the results are yet considered to be conclusive, so you can't rely too heavily on it. This is a particular shame, given that it is the main ingredient in InnoSupps Inno Greens.

Organic Spirulina Algae Powder

Spirulina is a blue green algae plant that is full of antioxidants, healthy fatty acids, protein, vitamins, and minerals, and it is an extremely popular and effective ingredient in greens supplements.

It can offer an exceptionally wide range of health benefits, which includes being able to fight free radicals, prevent oxidative damage, lower blood sugar and blood pressure levels, reduce inflammation, improve heart health, boost your metabolism, and suppress your appetite (2).

However, it must be noted that the optimal daily dose of spirulina is 8 grams. This means, while you will no doubt enjoy some of its benefits here, the amount present in Inno Greens will not be as beneficial or effective as supplements that contain a stronger dosage.

Wheat Grass Juice Powder

Wheat grass juice powder comes from the same plant as regular wheat grass powder and so offers the same potential benefits and drawbacks. The only difference between the two is how they are prepared and how this effects the nutrient profile.

While wheat grass powder is made by grinding the leaves, in a similar way to how coffee is produced, wheat grass juice powder is made by juicing the leaves with a juicer or blender and then the juice is dehydrated.

This difference in processing means wheat grass powder contains roughly four times more fibre, while wheat grass juice powder contains far more phytonutrients, minerals, and vitamins (3).

This usually also means that wheat grass juice powder is the more beneficial of the two to your health, so it is quite a shame that less of the wheat grass content of Inno Greens comes from wheat grass juice powder.

Chlorella

Chlorella is a chlorophyte green algae with a high antioxidant, mineral, and vitamin content.

It can boost your energy levels better than normal sugar, without spiking your blood sugar level, regulate your cholesterol levels, fight diseases and illnesses, detoxify the body, and aid your overall health and wellbeing (4).

Moringa Leaf Powder

Moringa leaf powder is known for its potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. They enable it to detoxify the body, neutralise free radicals, and protect you from various harmful chemicals (5).

Organic Matcha Green Tea Leaf Powder

Matcha green tea leaf powder has a potent antioxidant content and also contains caffeine, catechins, chlorophyll, phenolic acids, quercetin, rutin, theanine, and vitamin c.

It can boost immunity, fat burning, metabolism, and weight loss, reduce inflammation, make you more energetic, detoxify the liver, and boost brainpower and heart functions (6).

Organic Greens Blend

The Greens Blend consists of organic alfalfa grass powder (young leaves), organic wheat grass powder (young leaves), organic barley grass powder (young leaves), organic kale powder (young leaves), organic oat grass powder (young leaves), organic spirulina powder (whole plant), organic lemon fruit juice powder, organic chlorella powder (whole root), organic astragalus powder 10:1 (astragalus membranaceus, whole root, as Green Balance).

Each of the leafy greens that is packed into this green blend has been proven to offer beneficial effects for your whole body, which should make it ideal to help you become healthier, both inside and out. The issue, yet again though, is the dosage of each that is present.

As a blend within a blend which contains 9 different ingredients, it means each can only be present in miniscule dosages.

This unfortunately means that, while they will each be useful in their own unique way, they will be able to do nowhere near the good they could if they were present in larger quantities.

Advanced Prebiotic + Probiotic Blend - 2,250 MG

Inulin

Inulin is a soluble prebiotic fiber that enhances the digestive system, so it can absorb nutrients more effectively.

It can also prevent weight gain, boost energy levels, increase fat and calorie burning, reduce inflammation, relieve constipation, regulate blood sugar and cholesterol levels, and enhance your overall gut health (7).

However, for optimal effects, you must consume 10 grams of inulin per day. As this is more than can possibly present in Inno Greens, it won't be as effective as it otherwise would be.

Bacillus Coagulans

Bacillus coagulans is a type of probiotic healthy bacteria that is good for digestion and can help with stomach pain, diarrhoea, and digestive issues like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

Yet again though, the recommended dose of this bacteria is 6 billion CFU (colony forming units) per day, while Inno Greens has just 1 million CFU, meaning it won't have an optimal effect (8).

Super Antioxidant + Hydration Blend - 375 MG

Organic Freeze Dried Coconut Water Powder

Coconut water is the clear liquid in the centre of a coconut and it is full of electrolytes and minerals like iron, potassium, magnesium, and sodium.

It is known to be able to keep you hydrated, prevent inflammation, boost energy levels, brain functions, weight loss, and the digestive system, and prevent and manage certain illnesses. Yet again though, the dose used in Inno Greens is too low to produce optimal effects (9).

Organic Turmeric Root Powder

Turmeric root powder will give your system a powerful anti inflammatory and antioxidant boost. It can neutralise free radicals, prevent oxidative damage, ease pain in the joints, and promote the repair of bodily tissues.

Unfortunately, not only is the dosage present quite low, but curcumin, the active ingredient in turmeric is also hard for our system to absorb out of turmeric itself, without the presence of piperine, which is not present here. This means this is yet another ingredient that simply won't be as effective as it otherwise could be (10). Even with this in mind currcumin is usually only about 20% of turmeric, and it needs to be dosed at around 500mg or more to be effective.

Organic Beet Root Juice Powder

Beet root juice powder has a high antioxidant, vitamin c, folate, nitrate, and potassium content. It can reduce inflammation, blood pressure, and cholesterol levels, boost immunity, vision, and stamina, enhance your heart, protect your blood, liver, and various other organs (11).

Antioxidant Blend

The antioxidant boost that Inno Greens provides comes from a combination of nutritional fruit extracts.

It has acai fruit juice powder, jabuticaba fruit juice powder, pomegranate fruit juice powder, goji citrus fruit extract powder, acerola juice powder, mangosteen super ORAC powder, organic amla fruit powder, strawberry fruit juice powder, cranberry fruit juice powder, organic schisandra berry extract powder, and organic maqui berry powder.

Most of these fruits are known to have a delicious, nutrient dense profile and can add plenty to a greens supplement like Inno Greens. It's just a shame that the doses being hidden makes it impossible to know how much of each is present or what effects it will be able to produce.

Natural Adaptogen Compound Organic KSM-66 Ashwagandha Root Extract (Withania Somnifera) - 100 MG

Ashwagandha extract is obtained from the roots of the winter cherry shrub and has been used in ayurvedic medicine for decades, due to being advantageous to your health in a variety of ways.

It can improve your blood sugar levels and sleep quality, enhance your brain and heart health, boost your focus, memory, muscle growth and strength, rate of fat burning, testosterone production, and athletic performance, and reduce reduce stress and anxiety, and brain fog (12).

Like what we have seen before though, the dose of ashwagandha root extract Inno Greens contains is on the light side. With two daily doses of 300 mg of ashwagandha extract said to produce optimal effects, the 100 mg seen here just won't be able to do as much as it could.

Digestive Enzyme Blend - 40 MG

The Inno Greens Digestive Enzyme Blend contains both digestive enzymes like amylase, protease I,II, and III, lipase, lactase, hemiSEB, cellulase, glucoamylase, diastase, and invertase, plus things like bromelain, peptizyme SP, papain, and alpha-galactosidase.

This range is very diverse and definitely offers a number of benefits for the digestive system.

That said, it must be noted that not only are two of the main digestive enzymes missing, maltase and sucrase, but those that are present are there in very low doses, so it is yet another case of good ingredients not being able to do as much as they could (13).

InnoGreens Review: Conclusion

As we conclude our review, it is clear to us that Inno Greens is a decent product. Packed with nutritional fruit and veggie extracts, herbs, superfoods, and a combination of both digestive enzymes and probiotics, it can certainly be beneficial to your overall wellbeing.

That said, it's also clear they've tried to fit so much in that everything is present in doses far lower than required to produce optimal effects. This makes the Inno Supps product something that you should only purchase if you already have a good diet and just need a little boost.
