Jocko Good Night Review

Does Jocko Good Night Work?

Jocko Good Night Is Ok, But There Are Much Better Options.

There are always a couple of issues when it comes to reviewing Jocko products, the first is that he has a lot of fans which means there's always something of a notable bias when it comes to customer reviews of Jocko Good Night, particularly on forums.

The second is that most of his supplements sit in the mid price range category, meaning they're never the best, but then you can get things that aren't much worse for a lot less.

Jocko Good Night is of course no exception. For it's $30 price point it isn't a bad supplement and it does dose a couplle of vitamins and minerals at or close to their clinically studied doses, meaning it should definitely have some effect. But, as for the plant compounds like valerian root and tart cherry, Jocko Fuel Good Night substantially under doses them to the point where most would be uneffective.

There's some argument that the L Theanine dosage could still be effective, but most studies show 100mg isn't effective for most people and 200mg and above is ideal.

Customer reviews are pretty solid, but again, fans of Jocko don't like to complain about the product very often and that's a large part of the customer base.

Ultimately what we have here is a sleep multivitamin, and yes that can definitely do you some good, and the valerian is a slightly above average concentrate, so it's not a complete mile off the effective range, but really you're going to be reliant on the magnesium and zinc for most of the benefits.

You could do worse than Jocko Good Night, and if it's at the absolute top of your price range, it's fine. But if you can spare $10-15 a month more you'll get more than double for your money. Generally we recommend RestAgain which has most of the same ingredients, in their full doses as well as half a dozen more that are in most cases more effective. Particularly when it comes to getting to sleep quickly. Which is where Jocko Good Night isn't that great as it's relying on a low dose of valerian.

Taking it regularly however will likely improve sleep.

Jocko Good Night Review Conclusion

Jocko Good Night isn't a bad sleep aid, and it's fairly well priced at $30, there are much better options on the market at $45 a bottle, but if you're absolutely limited to 30 and want to avoid taking melatonin supplements directly then you could definitely do a lot worse.

It is worth noting that it doesn't hold a candle to our number 1 rated sleep aid RestAgain which contains most of the same effective ingredients in better doses than in Jocko Goodnight, but it is as you may have guessed a little bit more expensive. It wins out in terms of value for money as you get more than double the supplement for 50% more.

Ultimately it's a question of budget, if you're absolute maximum is $30 a month then Jocko Good Night could be for you. Otherwise, we can't recommend it.
