Happy Mammoth Hormone Harmony is one of the newest dietary supplements on the market designed to help menopausal women combat their symptoms. Using what they call their complete hormone synergy system, they say it supports women's reproductive health while offering numerous health benefits beyond.
Happy Mammoth claim Hormone Harmony will provide complete gut repair, prevent bloating, gas, and night sweats, aid weight management, curb sugar cravings and boost your sleep quality, hormone health and gut bacteria. Unfortunately, our Happy mammoth Hormone Harmony review found this is simply not the case.
The Happy Mammoth Hormone Harmony formula consists of nine herbal extracts, two vegetable extracts, and one fruit extract.
It includes maca root extract, American ginseng root extract, fennel seed extract, chamomile flower extract, broccoli sprout extract, berberine extract, chaste tree berry extract, ashwagandha root extract, gymnema sylvestre extract, rhodiola rosea extract, wild yam root extract, and rosemary leaf extract.
When you first see the list of ingredients it actually looks pretty good, as there are a number of inclusions that can do things like support healthy digestion and gut health, restore your hormone balance, manage weight gain and weight loss, give you more energy, and combat a variety of other menopause symptoms.
However, when you look at them a little more closely, it quickly becomes clear that Happy Mammoth Hormone Harmony uses them all in such small dosages that they simply will not be able to produce any of these positive effects.
Not only that, but Happy Mammoth then surrounds them with ingredients that have little to no conclusive evidence that they will have any effect on hormonal imbalances and the symptoms they will cause.
Throw in the facts that it is hard to find genuine reviews from past users of Hormone Harmony and that it appears they have manufactured false ones, and even a reasonable price tag is not enough to save Happy Mammoth Hormone Harmony, as it is simply an ineffective product.
That is why we highly recommend you do not buy Happy Mammoth Hormone Harmony and instead try a supplement that can actually deliver on all of its claims, such as Estrocare . Which we rated number one on our best menopause supplements list. It contains all the effective ingerdients in Hormone Harmony, in their correct dosages and more, and it costs less.
Being one of the newest natural supplements for hormonal imbalances, as well as being sold exclusively on the Happy Mammoth website, means that it is hard for us to truly gauge how people who have been taking Hormone Harmony supplements feel about the effects. It is quite suspicious, however, that their website claims Hormone Harmony has almost 13,000 reviews, yet has a near perfect score and not a single review of less than 3 out of 5 stars.
This is unheard of for even the best and most established supplements, and suggests that they are unlikely to be genuine reviews.
However, on a positive not for the brand as a whole, the brand Happy Mammoth themselves do have good overall reviews on third party review website Trust PIlot. But, there is a catch, they have been insentivising positive reviews with offers of free or discounted products. Which does mean that there is certainly a bit of bias here. But, it does give a bit more credibility to happy mammoth hormone harmony.
There are a few less positive reviews however, negative reviews of Happy Mammoth Hormone Harmony on trust pilot typically say that the product simply didn't work, or that happy mammoths products in general didn't work. Although this was the minority of customers.
Although we should say that there are definitely a lot of fake happy mammoth reviews on trust pilot as well.
Most of the negative Happy Mammoth reviews focused on their weight loss product, which we haven't written a full review of, but a quick look at the ingredients list would suggest it's not a great option and there's much better weight loss aids for women avaialable.
Fennel Seed Extract - 500 MG
Fennel seed extract is produced from flowering plants in the carrot family and is said to help women going through the menopause experience fewer hot flashes and enjoy better sleep quality and sexual functions, and a higher level of sexual satisfaction.
However, not only are these claims based on just a few studies and can't be totally relied upon, but it is also believed that at least 1,000 mg of fennel seed extract is required to produce these results. This means the 500 mg of fennel seed in each serving of Happy Mammoth Hormone Harmony is unlikely to work (1).
Maca Root Extract - 300 MG
Maca root extract has long been used in various traditional medicines around the world, due to claims that it can boost your mood, sex drive, and sexual performance, relieve anxiety, depression, and stress, and treat certain menopause symptoms, such as hot flashes.
Unfortunately, to produce these results, you must consume at least 1,500 mg of maca root extract per day. This means the 300 mg present in each serving of Happy Mammoth Hormone Harmony is simply far to low for it to produce any real results (2).
Chamomile Flower Extract - 220 MG
Chamomile flower extract contains a chemical called apigenin which is extremely good for relaxation. It is proven to relieve anxiety, chronic stress, and inflammation, prevent insomnia, induce a feeling of calmness, improve sleep quality, latency, duration, and hygiene, and promote gut health and healthy digestion.
The only issue again lies in the dosage. With 1,100 mg of chamomile flower extract being needed each day to produce the stated results, the 220 mg present in each serving of Happy Mammoth Hormone Harmony simply is not going to be enough to do you any good (3).
Broccoli Sprout Extract - 200 MG
Broccoli sprout extract contains an antioxidant compound called DIM (diindolylmethane). This can prevent or rectify hormonal imbalances, boost your brain, heart, immune, and gut health and functions, physical ability, sexual performance, muscle growth, overall health, and ability to combat cold and flu symptoms.
It then also features phytochemicals that are said to protect you from diseases, improve bone density and formation, prevent bone loss and arthritis, and lower your cholesterol levels.
The problem is, the DIM content of broccoli extract is very low, while many of the other benefits it is said to offer have not been conclusively proven. This means its inclusion in Happy Mammoth Hormone Harmony may actually do nothing at all for you (4).
American Ginseng Root Extract - 150 MG
American ginseng root extract comes from plants in the Panax family and is capable of restoring your hormonal balance, brain functions, energy levels, and sex drive, preventing fatigue, hot flashes, mood swings, vaginal dryness, and poor quality sleep, and keeping you generally healthy (5).
However, this will only occur if you consume at least 200 mg of American ginseng root extract per day, which means that the 150 mg present in each dose of Happy Mammoth Hormone Harmony is unlikely to produce any significant effects.
Berberine Extract - 150 MG
Berberine extract is an alkaloid found in a variety of plants that is used in traditional Chinese and ayurvedic medicine, due to claimed benefits that include it being able to treat menopausal symptoms, high blood pressure and cholesterol, depression, mood swings, inflammation, diabetes, and heart health issues (6).
There are a few issues with the use of berberine extract in Happy Mammoth Hormone Harmony though. Not only are the only conclusively proven benefits those relating to diabetes and blood sugar levels, but studies also suggest that you need to take at least 900 mg of berberine extract per day to see any effect.
This means it is unlikely to be of much use to many menopausal women in this particular dietary supplement.
Chaste Tree Berry Extract - 150 MG
The chaste tree is native to the Mediterranean and chaste tree berry extract has long been claimed to help treat premenstrual syndrome and relieve a variety of menopause symptoms, including hot flashes, breast pain, mood swings, night sweats, food cravings, fatigue, and insomnia, and poor sleep quality (7).
There are also claims that it can relieve depression, irritability, and hormonal imbalances.
Unfortunately, as most studies have been conducted on animals, there is little conclusive evidence that chaste tree berry extract will provide all or even any of these claimed benefits in Happy Mammoth Hormone Harmony.
Ashwagandha Root Extract - 100 MG
Ashwagandha comes from the roots of the winter cherry shrub and has been used in ayurvedic medicine for years, due to claims that it can reduce chronic stress, anxiety, fat storage, and blood sugar levels, aid focus, memory, sleep, muscle growth, heart and mental health and functions, and your hormonal balance.
The problem is, clinical trials have shown that two 300 mg doses of ashwagandha root extract must be consumed each day to produce these effects. With Happy Mammoth Hormone Harmony containing just 100 mg per serving, it is far too weak to do anything at all (8).
Gymnema Sylvestre Extract - 100 MG
Gymnema sylvestre extract is produced from a type of vine that is found around the world.
Its leaves are said to reduce hot flashes, mood swings, cholesterol, inflammation, sugar cravings, blood sugar levels, fat storage, and the risk of heart disease, prevent sexual dysfunction and mental health issues, optimise your insulin levels, and promote weight loss and restful sleep (9).
The issue is, not only have most of these claims not been proven conclusively, but even its supporters say that 600 mg of gymnema sylvestre extract must be taken each day in order to produce results. This means the 100 mg present in each serving of Happy Mammoth Hormone Harmony is all but assured to do nothing.
Rhodiola Rosea Extract - 80 MG
Rhodiola rosea extract comes from the roots of an adaptogenic Arctic flowering plant long used in herbal medicine. People say it will support weight loss, brain and immune functions, mental energy, mood, focus, concentration, and your health, and relieve anxiety, depression, fatigue, stress, and inflammation (10).
However, not only have clinical studies not proven these claims, but what evidence is available suggests that 288 mg must be consumed each day to produce them even if they are true. This means the 80 mg of rhodiola rosea extract in Happy Mammoth Hormone Harmony is all but guaranteed to do nothing.
Wild Yam Root Extract - 60 MG
Wild yam root extract comes from a specific species of yam known as dioscorea villosa, which is said to have a molecular structure similar to that of anabolic steroids. This has led to claims that in can restore your hormone balance and help treat menopausal symptoms.
This includes things such as preventing poor skin or bone health, hot flashes, muscle aches, and stomach cramps and gut health issues, and aiding body weight loss and weight management.
However, as none of the claimed positive effects of wild yam root extract have never been proven by any scientific research, its presence in Happy Mammoth Hormone Harmony is unlikely to be of any use (11).
Rosemary Leaf Extract - 25 MG
Rosemary leaf extract is an antioxidant and anti inflammatory that can interact with key pathways in your body to support a healthy hormone balance. It can also combat many menopausal symptoms, including mood swings, anxiety, breast tenderness, and poor memory, sleep quality, and digestive health (12).
As has been the case with virtually everything else in Happy Mammoth Hormone Harmony though, the dosage is simply far too low. With 300 mg being required each day and this dietary supplement using only 25 mg, you just will not see any of the positive effects that rosemary leaf extract could produce here.

Happy Mammoth advertise the "ultra potent" Hormone Harmony as the latest and greatest supplement to help menopausal women rectify a hormonal imbalance and alleviate their symptoms. Unfortunately, our in-depth review shows that it simply is not capable of producing the hormonal harmony Happy Mammoth say.
It not only contains many ingredients not proven to aid hormone health, but all those that are proven are present in doses which are far too low to benefit most healthy adults. Add in a lack of any genuine reviews, and we simply cannot recommend taking Hormone Harmony. Instead, we suggest you give Estrocare a try.
