Valerian Root 150mg - Valerian root is a well-known herb used for centuries as a natural remedy for sleep disorders. It is revered for its sedative effects and strong anxiety-reducing properties. Valerian root acts on a psychological level to calm the mind, making it easier to fall asleep and enjoy a restful night's sleep. There is limited scientific research to support this claim, however the recommended dosage is 300 to 600mg considerably more that supplied with Jacko fuel goodnight.
Tart Cherry Juice 250mg - Tart cherry juice is a natural source of melatonin, the hormone that regulates our sleep-wake cycle. Melatonin plays a crucial role in signalling our bodies when it's time to sleep. Studies have shown that consuming tart cherry extract can significantly increase natural melatonin levels, leading to improved sleep quality and duration. The optimal daily dosage of tart cherry isn’t set in stone, but based on what we know so far, you should take 1000 mg to 2500 mg of tart cherry extract daily, this dosage is well below the recommended dosages.
L-Tryptophan 100mg - L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid found in various food sources, including turkey, oats, and chocolate. It is a precursor to serotonin, a neurotransmitter that helps regulate sleep. By increasing serotonin levels, L-Tryptophan can reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and enhance overall sleep latency. However Jocko Fuel Good Night once again this is considerably underdosed with the recommended dosages being 250mg to 400mg.
Magnesium 200mg - Magnesium is an essential mineral that plays a vital role in numerous bodily functions, including sleep regulation. It helps support healthy levels of GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), a neurotransmitter responsible for calming the central nervous system. By promoting relaxation and reducing anxiety, magnesium contributes to a peaceful night's sleep. The inclusion of Magnesium at this dosage level is a little below, 300mg is ideal, but Jocko Fuel Good Night is not far from the right amount based on current research and 200mg should still be beneficial.
Zinc 10mg - Zinc is an essential mineral that plays a crucial role in regulating sleep patterns. Low levels of zinc have been associated with disrupted sleep and increased night sleep disturbances. By ensuring adequate zinc intake, Jocko Goodnight helps support optimal sleep quality and duration. 10mg is a completely fine dosage.
L-Theanine 100mg - L-Theanine is a non-essential amino acid predominantly found in green tea. It is renowned for its relaxation-inducing properties and its ability to counteract the stimulating effects of caffeine. By promoting a state of calm and reducing caffeine-related jitters, L-Theanine helps prepare the body for a peaceful night's sleep. But 200mg is the required dosage for it to be effective and there are competitors that have a much better dosage than Jocko Fuel Goodnight.
Vitamin B6 5mg - Vitamin B6, also known as pyridoxine, is an essential vitamin involved in numerous bodily functions, including sleep regulation. Low levels of vitamin B6 have been linked to abnormal sleep-wake cycles and increased night sleep disturbances. By supporting the maintenance of healthy sleep patterns, Jocko Goodnight ensures a more restorative night's rest. This is an ideal dosage for Jacko Goodnight.
Lavender 100mg - Lavender is an aromatic herb widely recognized for its calming and relaxing properties. It has been shown to lower anxiety levels, increase sedation, and even reduce blood pressure, but that’s only if you smell it. Consuming it doesn’t seem to have any benefit. Jocko Goodnight misses the mark here.

This timing allows the ingredients to take effect and prepare your body for a restful night's sleep. Remember to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement regimen.
