A-Lacys Reset is used in the PhenQ ingredients list. It is a patented formula containing alpha-lipoic acid and cysteine. L-cysteine can help to reduce hunger levels in humans.

nopal cactus fibre. Nopal is another name for Opuntia cacti. This cactus plant
is native to Mexico and is more widely known as prickly pear.
Prickly pear has been used for many years to promote weight loss as it acts as an appetite suppressant and contains a natural compound that binds to the fat in your food and helps your body excrete it from your body. However, this same effect can be handled by green tea extract, which is much more cost effective and would make room for other better ingredients elsewhere without changing the price point.

And stims typically supress appetite although there's far more effective ones on the market. Overall, it looks like it's there to give PhenQ a unique USP rather than because it's particularly effective at helping burn fat or for weight loss.

PhenQ is very stimulant heavy, so anyone who doesn't react well to caffeine or is already consuming a lot of caffeine then it isn't a good option. We also wouldn't recommend it in comparison to any of the options on our best fat burners for men or best fat burners for women lists. PhenQ is a perfectly fine fat burner, but it's not something we'd heavily recommend. If you've tried other burners and not had success though, there is something a little bit different here.
