We Answer Some Of Your Most Common Questions In Our PhenQ Reviews
Want to find the best fat burner for you? Not sure if PhenQ is what you're looking for, then check out our list of the best on the market in 2022.
Best Fat Burners PhenQ is a weight-loss dietary food supplement. The top
three ingredients used in the formulation are alpha-lipoic acid (ALA), natural
pepper extracts, and caffeine.
Unsurprisingly PhenQ is a weight-loss dietary food supplement. The top
three ingredients used in the formulation are alpha-lipoic acid (ALA), natural
pepper extracts, and caffeine. This does mean it's not our favourite fat burner, as we generally prefer those high in Glucomannan as it's the most effective appetite supressant that avoids any side effects.
A-Lacys Reset is used in the PhenQ ingredients list. It is a
patented formula containing alpha-lipoic acid and cysteine. L-cysteine can help
to reduce hunger levels in humans.
In clinical trials, it has been found that alpha-lipoic acid
consumption showed small yet significant short-term weight loss compared to
trial participants given a placebo. Alpha-lipoic acid is an antioxidant found
in some foods.
The manufacturers claim that PhenQ can help to reduce your
appetite. There are natural chemicals called capsaicinoids found in peppers
that may help to reduce your appetite. These pepper extracts have been
concentrated into a base compound called Capsimax Plus Blend, which is included
in the PhenQ formulation.
The primary energy-boosting stimulant used in PhenQ is
caffeine. Research shows that consumption of caffeinated drinks might support
weight loss maintenance. Caffeine is widely used across many weight-loss
supplements, so its inclusion here is no surprise.
Caffeine Anhydrous: According to the Journal of Basic
Clinical Physiology and Pharmacology, “Caffeine improves weight maintenance
through thermogenesis, fat oxidation, and EI [energy intake].”
To put it simply, caffeine will help you burn more calories
while suppressing the appetite to help reduce the number of calories you
consume. This was backed up in a 2019 research review by the Cochrane Database.
While PhenQ heavily promotes the three main ingredients
listed above as the reason why their formulation is so effective, the product
also contains some other beneficial ingredients to help boost the nutritional
content.

PhenQ is very stimulant heavy, so anyone who doesn't react well to caffeine or is already consuming a lot of caffeine then it isn't a good option. We also wouldn't recommend it in comparison to any of the options on our best fat burners for men or best fat burners for women lists. PhenQ is a perfectly fine fat burner, but it's not something we'd heavily recommend. If you've tried other burners and not had success though, there is something a little bit different here.
